Inside Sales Representative

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, manufacturers’ reps, and vendors—helping manage day-to-day communication, process orders, and identify opportunities to grow business. You’ll collaborate closely with our regional sales managers and leadership team to support customer satisfaction and sales growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers, sales reps, and vendors
  • Enter and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
  • Track interactions and opportunities using CRM software
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience

What You Bring

  • Previous sales experience (B2B or manufacturing/electronics preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and following up on opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP or CRM systems a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
