Hey future BCBA!
Are you working toward your BCBA certification and looking for a hands-on, supportive, and actually fun place to earn your supervision hours and get paid? Come intern with us at Crimson Heights—a behavioral health clinic where passion meets purpose. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Getting real experience with real clients (and real impact!)

Helping create and update behavior plans

Collecting and analyzing behavior data like a pro

Shadowing sessions, observing magic in action, and eventually running parts of them yourself

Collaborating with a team of RBTs, BCBAs, and other superheroes

Attending supervision meetings (with snacks, if you're lucky)

Learning, growing, and getting closer to those BACB fieldwork hour goals

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Are enrolled in a Verified Course Sequence (VCS) for ABA or just finished one

Need supervised hours for your BCBA (yep, we got you)

Love working with kids, teens, and/or young adults

Are curious, compassionate, and not afraid to ask questions

Can take feedback like a champ and give it respectfully too

Have a good sense of humor—we do!

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in ABA or special education

ABA lingo in your back pocket (e.g., DTT, FBA, ABC—sound familiar?)

A knack for using data apps or systems
