岗位职责：

1.围绕公司重点关注行业（新能源、不动产，ai等），开展相应行业及项目研究并进行分析筛选；

2.完成投资项目分析评估等工作，完成投资报告准备；

3.参与投资项目的分析、尽调、谈判、交割以及投后管理跟进等全流程。

任职要求：

1.硕士及以上学历；

2.理工科（能源、环保、土木工程、物理、化学、电子等）与金融、经济、财务复合背景者优先， cpa优先；

3.强烈的好奇心和自驱力，优秀的谈判能力和执行能力。

Infrastructure and real estate investment

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct corresponding industry and project research and analysis screening around the company's key focus industries (new energy, real estate, AI, etc.);  
2. Complete investment project analysis and evaluation, and prepare investment reports;  
3. Participate in the entire process of investment project analysis, due diligence, negotiation, delivery, and post investment management follow-up.

Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above;
2. Candidates with a combined background in science and engineering (energy, environmental protection, civil engineering, physics, chemistry, electronics, etc.) and finance, economics, and accounting are preferred, with CPA preferred;
3. Strong curiosity and self drive, excellent negotiation and execution skills.
