Are you a detail-oriented and looking for a full-time opportunity in Cincinnati/Westchester, OH? Our company is seeking motivated and results-driven inside sales to join our dynamic team. As Inside Sales Representative at Dingsheng Aluminum Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and providing unparalleled support to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our aluminum products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to customers.
- Order Management: Process orders accurately, track shipments, and manage the order lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and production, to ensure seamless operations and customer fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Education: Bachelor degree required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- New Business Development experience
- Ability to work independently and remotely, traveling to meet with customers.
- Ability to organize and execute sales strategies and customer prospecting.
