About the Role
KSS is seeking a dynamic and savvy Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is designed to support our Order Management, Staffing, and Systems Engineering teams by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. As a key contributor to the development of KSS's sales division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success.
This position is ideal for recent college graduates with a background in sales-related disciplines, and it is especially helpful if the applicant has a foundation in information technology to better understand and communicate technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist internal teams in identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with current clients through regular communication and engagement
- Participate in national and local travel (approximately 35%) to attend meetings, events, and client visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Represent KSS at industry events and networking opportunities
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in a sales-related discipline (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Background or familiarity with information technology is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
