Mechanical Commissioning Agent

The mechanical engineering candidate will function as a member of our Mechanical Systems Commissioning Group, which commissions medium and large mission-critical facilities (i.e., corporate data centers, laboratories, biological research centers) to ensure all building mechanical systems are complete and operating properly. • Participate in all phases of commissioning projects • Review and analyze data and prepare technical reports for client feedback • Perform design reviews of systems • Work with teammates to manage projects efficiently while exceeding client expectations for technical excellence • Comply with all safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment • Create and carry out all testing procedures • Investigate and troubleshoot problems; diagnose and repair faults Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required • 5 years of commissioning experience in data center facilities is preferred but not required • Former building automation control and LEED experience a plus • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to interact with project team members • Excellent time management and scheduling discipline • Project management experience • Flexibility to accommodate at least 80% domestic travel and extended hotel stay
