Join our Community-Based Services (CBS) team as a Program Support Specialist, where every day brings a new opportunity to uplift lives and strengthen neighborhoods.

  • What You’ll Do:
    • Program coverage for all CBS programs and provide support for major community events
    • Mentor and guide students (Grades 1–12) through tutoring, group activities, and workshops
    • Support families at our Resource Centers by helping them access vital services
    • Lead engaging programs like art projects, service initiatives, and recreational events
    • Transport clients safely using the agency van
    • Collaborate with volunteers, manage client documentation, and assist in donation distribution
    • Be part of a dynamic team, participate in community events, trainings, and team building

 

  • Working time
    • 30 hours per week.

 

  • To succeed in this position, you must have:
    • Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field
    • Experience in education, community organizing, or family support
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) and culturally responsive communication style
    • CPR, First Aid & Crisis Prevention training (or willingness to obtain)
    • Valid driver’s license and insurability required
