Responsibilities and Expectations

The Activities Coordinator must be lifeguard certified. They must be mature as they will be responsible for the safety of campers at our more dangerous activities on the lake and zipline. Responsibilities of this roll include lifeguarding during beach and canoeing activities as well as teaching rules and ensuring safe play at these activities. Camp Conquest will provide the training that is needed for this position so they will be able to send and receive campers and missionaries down the zipline and facilitate other activities.

 Activities Coordinator will be expected to ensure activities are put away correctly, help with party setup, and tear down in the evenings. Activities that could be led include fishing, canoes, swimming, zipline, archery, axe throwing, and low ropes course. Activities Coordinator will oversee the Activities Support role as well as the Jr. Missionaries who will also assist in clean up, set up, tear down, etc. 

The Activities Support is to support the Activities Coordinator in all activity prep, facilitation, and clean up.
