Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
The Titan Equity Nourish Network is an organization that engages Detroit Mercy students in food justice and sustainability initiatives.
The TENN Assistant will assist with the TENN on-campus garden, all aspects of food deliveries, the planning and implementation of events, student outreach, volunteer management, and fundraising.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Interest in gardening and food justice.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
Good ability to stay organized and manage time well.
Ability to make connections and recruit volunteers and partners to the garden.
Enjoys working with others.
Enjoys working outside and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
