Digital Communications Systems (DCS) Technician at Alhambra, CA

Join our team as a DCS Technician, supporting the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of digital communications systems.

Employment Type: W2 – Direct hire with Solitsys Technologies

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, maintain, and repair PBX, key switching systems, VOIP products, and data communications equipment.
  • Troubleshoot circuits, systems, and infrastructure issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years with NEC PBX, Nortel Norstar Key systems, and VOIP (Cisco, Microsoft Teams Voice).
    Valid CA driver’s license & personal vehicle (75% travel within LA County).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work 4/40 schedule (10-hour days, Mon–Thu); occasional overtime.

Additional Info:

California residents only (Los Angeles County). Must have a vehicle to drive to different locations.

Mileage/gas/vehicle costs are not reimbursed.
