Part Time Inside Sales Trainee

Part Time Sales Trainee's main responsibility is to produce ticket revenue by developing and maintaining accounts while learning the sales process through hands-on training and real world sales experiences.

Essential Job Functions: 

• Develop professional sales skills through training.
• Meet all sales goals and key performance indicators as assigned.
• Master all sales presentations for the products offered (taught in sales training).
• Develop and maintain a database of potential group- and season-seat customers.
• Contact single game buyers through the database and through new leads, particularly after a direct mail piece is released, to bring in new sales.
• Prospect for quality leads and cold call those leads.
• Provide customer service to all your customers sold.
• Work with managers to update certain sales reports and daily metrics.
• Complete any customer service and operational duties as assigned

Must be able to complete 20-25 hours a week Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00-5:00 PM.

Position is from December 2025-September 2026 with holiday breaks and additional school days off.
