Global & Domestic Institutional Sales

Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain the customer ecosystem for the long term, follow up mainstream financial institutions and industrial clients, establish good communication with them, prepare and produce materials for development execution and follow-up management. 

• Actively explore customer needs and continuously carry out daily services; maintain client relationship continuously by carrying out various forms of investment and research services, daily roadshow arrangements, strategy meetings and other activities. 

• Cultivate regulatory relationships with regulators and related institutions; deliver policy updates, macroeconomic trends, and market insights aligned with client priorities, while proactively tailoring solutions to their needs. 

• Complete other work, such as work with team members and tasks assigned by superiors.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance/economy/trade and other related majors. 

• Good English listening and speaking skills, proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred. 

• Strong compliance; Risk control awareness.

• Ability to work with high intensity and pressure. 

• Futures qualification is preferred.
