Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic college graduate to join our SAP team as a Basis Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in SAP technology, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise systems. While prior SAP experience is not required, a strong interest in technology, databases, and system administration is essential. 

This role offers structured training, mentorship, and the chance to gain exposure to the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA DB, and SAP Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
  • Support routine Basis activities such as transports, client copies, and user administration.
  • Learn how to manage SAP landscapes (development, test, production).
  • Participate in system refreshes, upgrades, and patching under senior guidance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams.
  • Gain exposure to SAP Security concepts like user management and role assignments.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Min CGPA 3.5
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP knowledge a plus, but not required).
  • Strong interest in enterprise applications and IT system administration.
  • Basic understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, HANA, Oracle) and operating systems (Linux/Windows/Unix).
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

  • Academic projects, internships, or certifications related to SAP, databases, or IT administration.
