Inside Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

· Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email.

· Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.

· Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.

· Prepare and present quotations to customers.

· Follow up on quotations and convert them into sales.

· Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.

· Collaborate with existing customers to meet the project's technical specifications and requirements.

· Coordinate bid preparation activities and ensure bid costing accuracy.

· Create proposals based on the project’s technical specifications and requirements.

· Secure bids and prepare necessary submittals.

· Process production orders and provide post-sale customer service.

· Develop and deliver sales presentations and assist in identifying potential new projects.
