IT Asset Project Lead

About The Care Team 
The Care Team is looking for a Project Lead/Coordinator for IT Assets who is organized, proactive, and passionate about solving problems to support our team in providing exceptional hospice care. 

 

Position Summary 
The Project Lead/Coordinator will oversee technology asset management, create SOP’s and processes to track inventory, maintain accurate records, and audit invoices on a routine basis to ensure assets and billing are appropriately managed on a go forward basis. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is process minded, detail oriented, and organized.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and track IT assets, including tablets, laptops, phones, and other devices. 
  • Develop, implement, and determine best way to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to improve efficiency and consistency. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all assets deployed, inventory, repairs, and replacements. 

 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma, associate's degree and/or bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. 
  • Project management experience a plus. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
