Hours: Part-Time (Approx. 2-3 hours/day, Monday–Friday)

Team Hippa Tennis Academy is one of Arizona’s fastest-growing tennis and pickleball programs, offering classes and camps for players of all ages and levels. Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated, high-energy individuals — ideally high school or college students — who have tennis experience and enjoy working with children. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves sports, wants to gain coaching experience, and make a real impact in their community.

Responsibilities

Assist and lead youth tennis classes (ages 5–14)

Demonstrate basic tennis techniques and run fun, active drills

Help create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment

Communicate effectively with kids and parents

Work closely with the Head Coach and academy staff to ensure smooth class operations

Qualifications

Tennis playing experience (high school or higher level preferred)

Prior experience working with kids (coaching, tutoring, babysitting, etc.)

Enthusiastic, reliable, and great with communication

Must be available weekday afternoons (approx. 2 hours per day)

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required)
