Front Desk Coordinator
Our team at Main Street Dentistry is looking for an upbeat and friendly Full-time Front Desk Treatment Coordinator who has a passion for helping others!
The Front Desk Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and efficiently resolving any issues. This includes welcoming and greeting patients, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, verifying patient information and insurance coverage, processing payments, answering incoming calls, and providing assistance to team members, when necessary, all while maintaining a high level of service for patients.
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday. 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
The Front Desk Treatment Coordinator will be responsible but not limited to, the following:
- Check-In patients
- Collect monies/co-pays due prior to services
- Update patient chart, as required
- Check-Out patients
- Confirm treatment plans
- Make follow-up appointments
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
- Complete daily overview of upcoming patient appointments
- Call and confirm all scheduled patient appointments
- Assist with recall Reports, missed and cancelled lists and treatment plan reports to try and fill in cancellation and no-show appointment times
- Maintain service logs and clinic logs on a daily basis
- Assist with insurance verification, as needed
- Assist front office supply inventory needs

Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental office
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication
- Customer-service oriented
- Reliable and collaborative team-member
