Join Ellucian’s Corporate Events Team as an Events Intern, where you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the planning and execution of Ellucian Live—our flagship annual conference that brings together thousands of higher education leaders from around the world.
This is more than just an internship—it’s a front-row seat to the inner workings of a high-impact, cross-functional team that delivers keynote sessions, specialty programs, customer activations, and more. You’ll gain real-world experience in program management, logistics, and stakeholder engagement, while collaborating with teams across Brand & Design, Marketing Campaigns, Technology, and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to explore a career in corporate events or project coordination.
Where you will make an impact
- Support the planning and execution of Ellucian Live, including venue research, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Assist with managing timelines, checklists, and documentation to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Engage in on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and attendee engagement.
- Contribute to post-event analysis and reporting to help shape future event strategies.
- Help maintain inventory and organize event materials and equipment.
What you will bring
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, or Marketo is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
