We’re looking for a Front Desk & Experience Team Member to be the welcoming face and steady hand of our day-to-day operations. Whether helping first-time guests or long-time members, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience every time someone walks through our doors.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for guests — greeting every visitor with professionalism and energy.
- Assist with bookings and scheduling through phone, email, text, and in person.
- Communicate our programs, memberships, and promotions clearly and enthusiastically.
- Follow up with past customers to bring them back into the facility.
- Support daily operations, including inventory tracking, facility opening/closing, and cleanliness.
- Work closely with coaches and staff to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Stay organized and calm in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

- Excellent communication skills, with comfort speaking to both kids and adults.
- Tech-savvy enough to manage scheduling platforms, email, and messaging apps.
- Coachable and eager to grow professionally.
- Dependable and available for flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service, front desk, or hospitality role is a big plus — especially in sports or fitness settings.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
