Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Specialist
About the Opportunity We are a brand-new, fully virtual telehealth psychiatry practice serving Florida, New Hampshire, and South Dakota. We provide conservative, evidence-based medication management rooted in a biblical worldview.
We are looking for one highly motivated, creative individual to own our digital presence from the ground up. This is a pure commission, 1099 contractor role with no base salary and no micromanagement. You will have complete autonomy to build and run our online marketing strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and update our Squarespace website (content updates, blog posts, SEO optimization, page improvements)
- Create and schedule 2–4 professional social media posts per week across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok (mental health tips, faith-based encouragement, practice highlights)
- Drive organic traffic through SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, blog content, meta tags, internal linking)
- Generate helpful, values-aligned digital content for families, teens, and young adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, etc.
- Track performance (website traffic, social engagement, leads) and report weekly progress
Compensation
- $150-200+ per new patient who completes their initial intake appointment and reports finding us through our website, social media posts, videos, or online content (tracked via intake questions)
- Completely uncapped — the more patients you bring in through digital channels, the more you earn
Long-Term Opportunity As the practice grows and revenue increases, top performers will be considered for full-time paid positions with salary and benefits, and even leadership or management roles within the company. This is a chance to start as a key contributor and grow into a bigger part of the practice over time.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong alignment with Christian values and excited to create faith-honoring mental health content
- Proven experience with SEO (on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy — please share examples or results)
- Comfortable creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok (show us your previous work if possible)
- Experience managing Squarespace or similar website platforms (content updates, blog posts, basic design)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills (professional, warm, concise)
- Fully fluent American or British English speaker with clear accent for any occasional voice-over or video needs
- Highly self-motivated and independent — you thrive with full autonomy and no daily direction
- Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll manage your own workflow and reporting)
- Familiarity with mental health, therapy, or healthcare content is a big plus but not required
This Is a True Startup Opportunity High risk / high reward. Income is 100% performance-based and will take time to build.
