Mental Health Therapist (Clinicians) may be eligible for a hiring bonus of up to $2,500!!

$31.92 - $47.05 per hour

The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a residential, sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides services to over 700 individuals who have been civilly committed for sexual offending. MSOP is a national leader in the industry and is committed to providing services on the leading edge of the comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of clients. Clinician primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing group therapy and some individual counseling
  • Preparing written documentation for internal and external audiences
  • Creating treatment plans
  • Delivering psycho-educational curriculums
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field AND
  • One year of professional experience providing clinical services, including group and individual therapy
