About the Internship
KerberRose is currently seeking candidates for our Spring 2027 Tax Internship, available at multiple office locations across Wisconsin. This paid internship runs from January to April 2027 and offers flexible scheduling of 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability.

This opportunity offers real-world, hands-on experience during the busiest and most dynamic time of the year for our firm—tax season. Interns will gain exposure to a variety of industries and work directly with experienced CPAs, learning valuable skills that support both academic and professional growth.

What You’ll Do
• Learn to navigate various accounting software and apply accounting concepts in a professional setting
• Attend our initial training session to prepare for your role and meet fellow interns and team members
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist with other tax-related tasks
• Interact with clients in a professional manner, helping to build and maintain strong relationships
• Collaborate with team members and take on other responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at a 4-year college or university
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours; Saturday hours optional
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
