Are you a nursing student graduating in 2026 or a recent RN/BSN graduate ready to start your first nursing role? UPMC Williamsport is now hiring Graduate Nurses to join our team as Professional Staff Nurses.

Haven't graduated yet? No worries! UPMC will hire graduate nurses up to one year in advance of their anticipated graduate date.

Schedule

• Rotating 12‑hour shifts (24/7 coverage) | every other weekend/holiday

Requirements

• RN/BSN graduate or graduating in 2026
• RN license or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) at hire
• Must obtain RN licensure within 6 months of hire or 1 year of graduation
• BLS/CPR and required PA clearances
