Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home Skill-based ABA Therapy

Our New York-based ABA agency is expanding to Anchorage and Mat-Su, and we’re hiring passionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
We offer a supportive and team-oriented environment, with hands-on training, ongoing supervision by experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth in a field that makes a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Record detailed session data using electronic data collection systems
- Assist with skill-building in areas such as communication, play, self-help, and social interaction
- Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure consistent, quality care
- Attend ongoing training and supervision sessions
What We Are Looking For
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with support, required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes in Anchorage and surrounding areas
- A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
