Architectural Intern

Seeking an architecture student looking for real-world experience.  Applicants should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters of Architecture program, leading towards a degree that can be applied to architectural licensure, with at least 2 years completed in the Bachelor’s program.

The position would be full-time over the summer with the potential of continuing on a part-time basis during the school year (for local students).  

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and dependable person with attention to detail and a positive attitude.

The architectural intern will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team of architects, interior designers, and engineers as we create beautiful functional, sustainable, and compelling building environments.  Our primary markets are Pre-K through 12 Education and Religious.

Tasks would include:

- assist in architectural design and documentation and renderings

- utilize standard documentation software such as REVIT, Enscape, Photoshop, etc.

- participate in improvement efforts for systems, detailing, etc.

- research design solutions to client/firm queries and present as needed

- assist in product / material research

- assist in construction observation/field reports

- assist in updating marketing materials and systems

- other tasks as assigned
