Conference Call Coordinator - Virtual Meeting Specialist

Part-time - Conference Coordinator - Pay: $17-18+ per hour

Position Summary:

The company provides high-touch virtual meetings and conferencing support for distinguished clientele and organizations. This role supports and manages these live and scheduled virtual meetings in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during live and scheduled conference calls
  • Support callers experiencing technical issues; troubleshoot and escalate as needed
  • Prepare and manage conferences to ensure accuracy, security, and successful execution
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Monitor details carefully and anticipate potential issues before they arise
  • Complete all post-conference documentation and reporting accurately and on time
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
  • Participate in training and follow established procedures and service standards
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred

Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience working in call center or customer service role in an office environment (experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment, preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask under deadlines
  • Quick learner comfortable with technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, friendly
  • Professional and dependable work style
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office suite preferred

Schedule Expectations

This is a part-time role (10 hours minimum & up to 20-24 hours weekly, depends on the volume of conference calls). Reliable attendance and availability are most essential during scheduled meetings.
