Marketing Intern

Job Overview

We’re seeking a driven, creative, and analytically minded Marketing Intern to join our Campaign Marketing team. This is your opportunity to gain exposure across the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and execution to measurement and optimization — within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

 

You’ll contribute across campaigns, email marketing, digital initiatives, sales enablement, and account-based marketing programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue. 

 

Where you will make an impact

  • Help develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand for Ellucian’s solutions.
  • Plan, draft, and optimize email campaigns while analyzing performance in Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, and related platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Support content creation across landing pages, webinars, and multi-channel communications.
  • Develop sales enablement materials using internal sales platforms and tools to support go-to-market efforts and empower the sales team with campaign-aligned resources.
  • Contribute to account-based marketing efforts through audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and targeted outreach aligned to pipeline goals. 

What you will bring

  • Currently a college Sophomore or Junior, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com), and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite or Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, predominantly remote environment.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign strategy, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
