    • Dry-side HVAC systems including ductwork, air handling equipment, air distribution, exhaust systems, and controls coordination
  • Assist with design/build HVAC projects, collaborating with senior Project Managers, engineers, and designers during early design and system development
  • Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals with guidance from senior PMs
  • Help coordinate system layouts, routing, and installation sequencing with fabrication and field teams
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and change management
  • Participate in jobsite walks, coordination meetings, and internal project reviews
  • Assist with field coordination to ensure systems are installed per design intent
  • Support commissioning activities, system start-up, and project closeout documentation

  • Interest in working within a design/build project environment
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documentation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn through field exposure and hands-on project involvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, or fabrication
  • Exposure to hydronic systems, ductwork layout, or HVAC equipment selection
  • Familiarity with design/build or coordinated design project delivery
  • Interest in working closely with field crews and fabrication teams

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, shop, and jobsite work
  • Direct mentorship from experienced Mechanical Project Managers
  • Collaborative team environment with shared responsibility on design/build projects
