Quality Manufacturing Intern

The Engineering Student Intern – Quality & Manufacturing Systems will support and actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of Unilock’s Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. This summer role is designed for students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering who are interested in applying engineering fundamentals to real-world manufacturing, quality, and process improvement challenges.

The intern will work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to analyze manufacturing processes, support quality assurance activities, and contribute to initiatives focused on improving first-pass yield, reducing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position offers hands-on exposure to plant operations, structured problem solving, process mapping, audits, and data-driven decision-making within a building products manufacturing environment.
