Camp Counselor / Intern

Sonrise Mountain Ranch hosts week-long Family Retreats throughout the summer. During these retreats, counselors / interns work in the Youth and Children’s Program under the direction of the Youth and Children’s Program Director.

Counselors / Interns also assist in all-family activities (object lessons, games, campfires), serving and cleaning up after meals, and other tasks/projects that are part of our Family Retreat ministry. 

Counselors / Interns and permanent staff spend dedicated time together each week with the goal of becoming more like Christ. Counselors / Interns have the opportunity to grow in their understanding of Christ-like leadership, ministering to families, and living in Biblical community through their experience at Sonrise.
