Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student intern to join our Marketing team in a combined Marketing and Administrative Assistant role. This internship is designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, and day-to-day administrative operations. Students will apply concepts learned in the classroom to meaningful projects and leave with a tangible portfolio piece and professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Support the marketing team with content creation, social media scheduling, and campaign coordination
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives
- Help organize and maintain digital files, databases, and marketing materials
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
- Assist in drafting newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Complete a capstone project summarizing your contributions and learnings throughout the internship
Schedule & Time Commitment
Interns complete a total of 240 hours over the semester, eligible for college credits. The schedule is structured across 12 active weeks as follows:

Academic Credits Eligible
- 1 in-person day per week (5 hrs) is included within each week's hour total
- Remaining hours are completed online/remotely on a flexible schedule
- 1 week off built into the schedule (Weeks 7)
Who We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student (any year or major welcome)
- Interest in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional environment
