Python Engineer

We’re hiring junior software engineers to help build and operate AI agents.

This is a strong fit for freshmen, sophomores, or other early-career builders who are good at Python, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and like shipping real product.

You do not need to be a senior engineer. We care more about raw ability, speed, curiosity, and ownership than polished resumes.

What you may work on:

  • Building and improving Python workflows
  • Working on AI agent behavior, prompts, tools, and automations
  • Debugging integrations and backend systems
  • Testing features and improving reliability
  • Communicating clearly about progress, issues, and ideas

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are comfortable coding in Python
  • Have built projects on their own or with others
  • Can learn fast and figure things out independently
  • Communicate well and are reliable
  • Want real responsibility early

Nice to have:

  • Experience with APIs, backend development, or automation
  • Interest in startups, AI, and product building
  • Experience shipping side projects, hackathon projects, or open-source work

This is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience building real systems, not just doing tutorial work.
