Job Summary
Hershey Bank is looking for a motivated and adaptable Universal Banker to join our team. This role is a hybrid role that can assist customers with everyday transactions, open and manage accounts, and identify financial needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services. This role emphasizes building relationships, delivering personalized service, and supporting both teller and platform functions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a teller drawer accurately and efficiently, processing daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with questions and basic banking needs
- Assist with opening new accounts, including gathering documentation and explaining products and services
- Work within banking regulations and compliance standards, learning best practices in risk management and confidentiality
- Participate in community involvement, events, and outreach initiatives representing Hershey Bank
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
