Assistant - Facility Operations

Position Type: Federal Work Study And Non Work Study

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Work alone or work with other Facility Operation employees. 
• This position is working outdoors in all weather conditions. 
• Grounds maintenance, including weeding, empty trash cans, shovel snow.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must follow direction, self-motivated. 
• Work well with others as well independently. 
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions. 
• Be able to lift 50lbs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have a valid driver's license and basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50lbs, be on your feet most of the day. ability to work with grounds power equipment.

Anticipated Schedule: 

• 10-20 hours per week.

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid Driver license.
