As an Engineer (Johns Hopkins and MIT) and mom of 3, Mary wants to bring her extensive experience to tackle the big challenges impacting our state. Whether affordable housing. high quality healthcare, best in class education, world class transportation, or mitigating climate change - we can do it all, together. Looking for a Campaign Manager/Head of Field Ops to win this campaign together.
Some responsibilities likely to include:
- Volunteer recruitment & coordination
- Weekly field plan
- Event/calendar research and calendar-ing
- Summary for volunteer opportunities (phone bank, door knock, precinct captain, event support, event lead)
- Inbox support
- Endorsement flagging
- Help to ID key democratic and donor connections to make
- Coordination and staging of materials
- Weekly “notes from the field” social post
- Weekly newsletter updates
- Twice weekly check ins
- Weekly team check in
