Direct Support Professional

We support adults with disabilities in residential settings. Our work is hands-on, relationship-driven, and sometimes challenging—but it’s also meaningful, steady, and deeply human.

Pay & Benefits

  • $19.50/hour (Non-MAP)
  • $20.50/hour (MAP) — MAP training provided and paid by MAB
