Lab Technician - Mechanical Engineering

Position Type: Federal Work Study And Non Work Study 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:  

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining lab equipment.
  • Design jigs and fixtures, as needed.
  • Source materials and supplies.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Mechanical engineering student.
  • Basic design experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

  • Use of mechanics tools.
  • Basic machining skills.

Anticipated Schedule:

  • 32 hours/week
