Position Type: Federal Work Study And Non Work Study

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Business Operations Lead will lead/assist with day-to-day finance operations, invoices, deposits, and bill payments. The Finance Lead will work under the Director of University Recreation. This position provides a great opportunity to develop practical leadership skills and business management experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide customer service.
  • Work with other departments and outside vendors.
  • Track, analyze and report monthly on sales, products, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of programs and services offered by Recreation Department.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in sales, business or another related field.
  • Possess good conflict resolution skills.
  • Available to work mornings or afternoons.
