Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tommy’ Lead is responsible for leading/assisting with inventory, marketing, and supervision of Tommy’s operations. This position provides a great opportunity to develop practical leadership skills and business management experience.
- Management of Tommy’s cleanness and operations.
- Create weekly/monthly social media content for promotions.
- Track, analyze and report monthly on sales, products, etc.
- Collaborates with other leads for marketing tasks and finances.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess excellent organization and time management skills.
- Meet with the Assistant Director of University Recreation weekly/bi-weekly.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Quick learner in our fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Available to work flexible hours.
