Staff Accountant (Entry Level)
Location: Houston, TX
Position: Full-Time, On-Site (Not Remote)

We're looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Whether you're a recent accounting graduate or have up to two years of experience, this is an opportunity to build a strong accounting foundation while working with a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients.

You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and increasing responsibility as your skills develop.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Houston.

Responsibilities
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations 
• Prepare and post journal entries 
• Assist with month-end and year-end close 
• Maintain accurate accounting records 
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis 
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed 
• Work with multiple restaurant and hospitality clients 
• Assist with special projects and process improvements 
 

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or graduating within the next few months) 
• 0–2 years of accounting experience 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
