Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The position is responsible for processing parking permits and ID cards for employees and students. Also serve as a generalist on customer service to answer questions to patrons at the counter.
- Responsibilities may include:
- Operations: knowing how to open and close the office Processing application for ID Cards for Vendors and Guests Monitor inventory for re-ordering Handing out any game equipment to students as requested Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrolled undergraduate student if graduate student (must have fed work-study)
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to Problem Solve
- Flexible
- Friendly
- Approachable
- Federal Work Study Preferred
Anticipated Schedule:
- M-F, 10-5
