Assistant Student Life

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The position is responsible for processing parking permits and ID cards for employees and students. Also serve as a generalist on customer service to answer questions to patrons at the counter.
  • Responsibilities may include:
  • Operations: knowing how to open and close the office Processing application for ID Cards for Vendors and Guests Monitor inventory for re-ordering Handing out any game equipment to students as requested Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enrolled undergraduate student if graduate student (must have fed work-study)
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to Problem Solve
  • Flexible
  • Friendly
  • Approachable
  • Federal Work Study Preferred

Anticipated Schedule:

  • M-F, 10-5
