This position will be shown as Confidential on ADP as it is a student job board only and all jobs are advertised and communicated through Handshake. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sort and process US mail for residential students at the SUMS boxes located in the Quad Commons.
- Help students who come to the SUMS boxes access their mail and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, as you will be sharing it with one other student employee.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Capable of keeping organized and updated records of incoming and outgoing male.
- Capable of communicating clearly in order to aid students visiting the SUMS boxes.
- Punctual, hardworking, and capable of creative problem solving.
- An effective interpersonal communicator.
Preferred Qualifications (if any):
- Experience in customer service.
Anticipated Schedule:
- Two days a week 10am-2pm OR 12pm-5pm
