Office Assistant DO CLAE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Front Desk Reception:

  • Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, and respond to general email inquiries.

Clerical Support:

  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and basic data entry.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliver documents to various campus departments.

Office Organization:

  • Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness;
  • Organize and restock office supplies.

Special Projects:

  • Assist staff with event prep, putting together packets, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

Physical Requirements (if any):

  • Be able to lift 10lbs or more.

Anticipated Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday.
