Husco provides engineering students the opportunity to pursue a career in engineering within a fast-paced, industry leading and entrepreneurial organization. Students work closely with experienced engineers and interact with all levels of the Husco organization. Interns and Co-ops are given responsibility for specific processes and tasks and will be accountable for results. Time could be spent on project teams, in labs, and/or on the shop floor depending upon assignment.

Waukesha, WI or Whitewater, WI
Rate:
$20-$23 an hour
Manufacturing Engineering Responsibilities:
- Assist with development of new equipment and automation processes
- Participate in run-off validation and documentation of new equipment
- Design assembly fixtures and packaging solutions
- Layout workstations using 5S methodology
- Support and train operators in proper use of equipment
Requirements:
- Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or Automotive preferred)
- Minimum 2.9 GPA
- Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities
- Strong communication skills
- Self-directed but team oriented to thrive in our collaborative environment
- Innately hands-on and results-driven
