Dining Service Attendant
Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, students, staff, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and accurately take and relay messages.
- Process meal plan and Munch Money purchases, handle cash and electronic transactions, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with light administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide general information and support to students and visitors.
- Monitor office supplies and notify supervisors when inventory needs replenishment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Anticipated Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 -11:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., or 4:30 - 7:30 p.m.
