Job Description:
- The incumbent of this position works in DLA Information Operations (J6) Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Pathlock, and Application Security (AppSec) team.
- Responsible for access and provisioning to DOD and DLA computer systems and applications.
- Performs various Identity and Access Management services to ensure the confidentiality, availability, integrity and non-repudiation of sensitive and classified information and information systems.
- Serves as an IA SME with regards to Access and Identity Management and all associated IA policies and procedures.
- Lead the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization, adjusting accomplish the workload in accordance with established priorities to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned team tasks, and ensuring that each employee has an integral role in developing the final team product.
- Maintain program and administrative reference materials, project files and relevant background documents and make available policies, procedures, and written instructions from the supervisor.
- Research, learn, and apply a wide of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze, and improve team effectiveness, efficiency, and work products (i.e., implement data analytics to empower team decision making).
