EHS-CCP Family Services Worker - Bilingual
Position Description:
The EHS/CCP Family Services Worker works with parents of infants and toddlers and pregnant women to enhance the development of children and families.. The function of the EHS/CCP Family Services Worker is to: (1) facilitate the development and implementation of Family Partnership Agreements and individual case management plans and activities; (2) work with families, specialists and partner providers and their staff to assist the organization to become an exemplary Early Head Start; and, (3) assure that home and Center Head Start activities comply with Federal Performance Standards and Federal State and local regulations.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Human Services or Early Childhood Development or related field and four (4) years’ experience working in an early childhood development program, or an approved plan to meet the foregoing requirement within two (2) years. Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Early Childhood Development or related field and two (2) years’ experience working in an early childhood development program. Bilingual preferred.
