Graduate Resident Director
Position Type: Federal Work Study Or Non Work Study
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent The Residence Life Office.
- Assist with the overall departmental functions: Including office operations, staff selection and training and development, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, recognition and evaluation.
- During opening 6 weeks, provide leadership to an area staff in the achievement of the programmatic goals and objectives of that area with supervision of hall staff.
- Serve in on-campus professional staff duty rotation, which will include weeknights, weekends and some holidays.
- During opening 6 weeks, organize and facilitate regularly scheduled staff meetings, individual meetings with the director, individual meetings with staff members and Residence Life meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Conferred Bachelor’s Degree.
- Enrolled in Master’s degree program.
- Available 20 hours per week.

- Must be willing to live on-campus
