Finance Lead, Recreation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Finance Lead will lead/assist with day-to-day finance operations, invoices, deposits and bill payments.
  • The Finance Lead will work under the Director of University Recreation.
  • This position provides a great opportunity to develop practical leadership skills and business management experience.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Work with other departments and outside vendors.
  • Track, analyze and report monthly on sales, products, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of programs and services offered by Recreation Department.
  • Previous experience in sales, business or another related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess good conflict resolution skills.
  • Available to work mornings or afternoons.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Anticipated Schedule: 

  • Between 10am -6pm Tue & Wed
