This is a full time position.  This position is responsible for assisting with coordination, management and monitoring of the statewide Capacity Development Program for the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund Program (DWRLF).

 

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing loan applications received from public water systems for completeness and eligibility
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual reports to the EPA
  • Assisting with writing of grants and the management of grant funds
  • Assisting with the processing of draw requests for loans during construction phases.
  • Responsible for Capacity Development review and evaluation of new public water systems relative to their managerial and financial capacities.
  • Conducting analysis of the business plan for systems making applications for loans

 

The minimum qualifications are:

A baccalaureate degree plus two years of professional level experience in administrative services, economics, public health, public relations, social services, health services, or surveying and/or assessing health or social service programs or facilities for compliance with state and federal regulations
